Assam Police Recruitment 2021 Circular will be published soon. According to Assam Chief Minister Himanta Bishwa Sharma, a total of 6,000 vacancies will be advertised next week. It may be mentioned that recruitment notification will also be held for the post of Commando Battalion.
The total number of vacancies for Commando Battalion is 5. Candidates should note that advertisement will be given for the post of Sub-Inspector. Candidates are advised to keep an eye on the official website of Assam Police-assampolice.gov.in for further updates.
It was decided to give the advertisement after the review meeting. The review meeting was held at the Assam Police Headquarters. After the review meeting, the Assam Chief Minister took to Twitter to mention, “In order to strengthen our police infrastructure, the key to the security and development of our society, we have taken a number of corrective measures at a review meeting held in ampassampolice. Headquarters.”
The review meeting made a number of other important decisions, such as completing the document verification within 30 days. It has also been mentioned that new SOPs related to passport, post mortem report, accident report will be issued soon. Assam Chief Minister Himanta Bishwa Sharma has also announced that the probe will begin within 24 hours of the submission of the first information report.

The review meeting also decided on the second conference of the SP. The second conference of SP will be held in Duliajan. The conference will be held on January 8 and January 9, 2021. With a view to improving the infrastructure, it has also been decided that infrastructure upgrades will be made soon for 1,000 new quarters for the police, offices for commissioners and DGPs.
