A man armed with a bow and arrow killed several people and injured others before being arrested near the Norwegian capital Oslo on Wednesday.

“The person who committed this act has been arrested by the police, and there is no active search for more people. Based on the information we have, one person is behind this.
The police got information about the attack at around 6.30 pm. The community is 66 kilometers (41 mi) south-west of Oslo.
According to the police, the suspect roamed the city by shooting arrows at the people. An investigation is underway.
