
‘Avatar 2’ Trailer Debate Among Movie Buffs
The sequel to James Cameron‘s 2009 epic Avatar finally gets a trailer and has sparked a debate among moviegoers on Twitter.
Avatar: The Way of Water is finally announced for a late 2022 release and the sci-fi adventure is likely going to be one of the biggest movie releases of the year.

Blockbuster cost $250 million to create and features special effects and underwater filming techniques, but after 13 years, do people care?
The same opinion seems to be dividing the discussion on Twitter this morning.

Meanwhile, actor Stephen Ford summed up how many people are now feeling after seeing the new trailer.
He joked, “Last week: ‘Avatar wasn’t even that good, I can’t believe we’re getting 4 sequels, no one is excited about these movies, it’s been 13 years’.

Avatar 2 sees Zoe Saldana return as Netiri, alongside Sam Worthington as Jake Sully and Stephen Lang as Colonel Miles Quarrich.
There is also Giovanni Ribisi, Joel David Moore, Dilip Rao and CCH Pounder. Sigourney Weaver also returns, but as a new character.

Kate Winslet will join the cast and reunite with her Titanic director Cameron, and other new cast members include The Sopranos’ Eddie Falco and Everywhere Everywhere’s All At Once’s Michelle Yeoh.
