CM Manik Saha said development work is going on in full swing in Tripura
AGARTALA: Tripura Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha on Wednesday claimed that development works are going on in full swing in the state.
He said this after inaugurating a Krishak Bandhu Kendra, a Farmers Data Center and a 1000 MT rice godown at Mandvi in West Tripura district.
The Chief Minister of Tripura mentioned that the new services would greatly benefit the farmers of the region.
Addressing the inaugural program at Gouramani Stadium in Mandvi, Saha said that the Tripura government is maintaining highest level of transparency in every field.
He also highlighted the major achievements of the present state government.
He said, the recruitment process of more than 6000 special functionaries is going on, social pension has been increased to Rs 2000 with the introduction of 30,000 new social allowances under Mukhyamantri Sahayak Prakalp.
He also talked about the 12% DA/DR hike announced by the Tripura government for regular employees and pensioners as well as 50% hike in the remuneration of DRWs, MRWs, PTWs and casual workers.
The Chief Minister of Tripura mentioned that the present state government is sincerely working for the welfare of all sections.
He also alleged that various attempts were being made by the opposition parties in Tripura to destabilize the state government.
