Farmers have cordoned off Kangana Ranaut’s vehicle in Kiratpur, Punjab
Actress Kangana Ranaut alleged that her car was surrounded by farmers in Punjab’s Kiratpur on Friday. Police has also reached the spot to handle the situation.
Actress Kangana Ranaut alleged that her car was surrounded by farmers in Punjab’s Kiratpur on Friday. The incident took place at Bunga Sahib, Kiratpur Sahib on the Chandigarh-Una highway.
Scenes from the field show the actor’s white car surrounded by a large number of farmers. Police personnel could also be seen there controlling the crowd.
Farmer leader Rakesh Tikait said he had no idea about the alleged attack on Kangana Ranaut’s car. He said: “I have no idea. Will react only after getting details of the incident.”
Actress Kangana Ranaut on Tuesday said that she has filed an FIR after she was allegedly threatened on her post over farmers’ protest.
Ranaut has been critical and at times incendiary against the peasant movement. He posted a long statement in Hindi on Instagram.
The actress alleged that she is receiving “constant threats” from “disruptive forces” over her recent post.
He said, “I am constantly receiving threats from disruptive forces on my same post. A person from Bathinda openly threatened to kill me. I am not afraid of such threats.
Ranaut said, “I will continue to speak against those conspiring against the country and terrorist forces, be it Naxalites killing innocent jawans, tukde tukde gangs or terrorists sitting abroad dreaming of creating Khalistan. ”
