Russo-Ukraine War: Local officials in Kharkiv say Russian troops are withdrawing from the surrounding area amid retaliatory strikes by Ukraine.

According to intelligence reports cited by Britain’s Defense Ministry, Russia is unlikely to dramatically accelerate its advance rate over the next 30 days.

Ukraine’s Interior Ministry adviser Vadim Denisenko previously told a television network in the country that Kyiv troops in the Kharkiv region had almost reached the border with Russia.

At a meeting of NATO foreign ministers in Berlin, Germany’s Annalena Barbock said she would “provide military assistance as long as Ukraine needs this support for her country’s self-defense”.
