In one of the points issued, the ministry said, “Russian forces are constrained by degraded capable capabilities, persistently low morale and low combat effectiveness. Many of these capabilities cannot be quickly replaced or reorganized, and in Ukraine.” The disruption to Russian operations is likely to continue.”

According to intelligence reports cited by Britain’s Defense Ministry, Russia is unlikely to dramatically accelerate its advance rate over the next 30 days.
Ukraine’s Interior Ministry adviser Vadim Denisenko previously told a television network in the country that Kyiv troops in the Kharkiv region had almost reached the border with Russia.
According to a Reuters report, Ukraine’s Defense Ministry said in a Facebook post that the 227th Battalion of the 127th Brigade of the Territorial Defense Forces of Ukraine had reached the border with Russia, saying: “Together for victory! ”
Ukraine’s former ambassador to Austria has now shared a video on Twitter in which Ukrainian soldiers are reaching the Ukraine-Russia border.

At a meeting of NATO foreign ministers in Berlin, Germany’s Annalena Barbock said she would “provide military assistance as long as Ukraine needs this support for her country’s self-defense”.

NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg said: “Ukraine can win this war. Ukrainians are bravely defending their homeland.”
