Massive fire at Aizawl DC office in Mizoram
A terrible fire broke out in the office of Aizawl Deputy Commissioner around 4 am today. According to sources, most parts of the office building caught fire.
Local council by-elections for 6 areas of Aizawl Nagar area were held yesterday and all EVMs, postal ballots were kept in Aizawl DC Strong Room. At night several people were guarding the strongroom and keeping themselves warm by lighting fires.
Now the source claims, the fire may have started as it was not under control at night.
