Nagaland’s five districts say they will boycott all national celebrations
Tribesmen in five eastern districts of Nagaland on Wednesday declared “complete non-cooperation” with the armed forces, including a local ban on army recruitment and a boycott of “all national gatherings” in protest of the killing of 14 Konyak villagers on Monday.
