The video is mostly pitch black, except for a moment where a large flash is seen, which is seen as a Neptune missile hitting a Russian vessel.
The video comes after Russia said its missile cruiser Moskva was on fire.
Wall Street Journal foreign affairs correspondent Yaroslav Trofimov shared a post highlighting this from the social media app Telegram.
Trofimov tweeted, “Russia acknowledges that its Black Sea Fleet’s flagship missile cruiser Moskva is on fire and has been evacuated after being hit by two Ukrainian Neptune cruise missiles. A possible turning point in the war.”

The possibility of Russia replacing the potentially destroyed Moskva ship is also in doubt, according to a tweet by Daily Beast reporter David X.
“It gets worse for Russia. Turkey will in no way allow one of the remaining two ‘Slavic’ class cruisers to replace ‘Moskva’ in the Black Sea”, he tweeted.

In an update, the ministry later informed that the fire has been brought under control.
