The left front wheel of Mr Putin’s limousine exploded heavily, according to a Telegram channel account, Euro Weekly reported, adding that the car was driven quickly to safety, even though smoke emanated from it.
The Russian president was not harmed in the incident, but the outlet said several arrests had been made.
