Putin said the difficulties in supplying grain to world markets were the result of “wrong economic and financial policies of Western countries”.
“Russia stands ready to help find alternatives to uninterrupted exports of grain, including Ukrainian grain exports from Black Sea ports,” the Kremlin said.
