Ukrainian Minister Anton Gerashchenko said that Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu suffered a heart attack after a sharp confrontation with Russian President Vladimir Putin, during which Putin directly accused him of the “failure” of his special military operation in Ukraine.
