Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra’s lawyers have filed a defamation suit of Rs 50 crore against Sherlyn Chopra
Shilpa Sethi and her businessman-husband Raj Kundra have now filed a defamation suit against Sherlyn Chopra. The move comes after the couple’s lawyer issued a defamation warning to Charlene, after which she reprimanded the couple with an FIR alleging sexual and psychological harassment.
The statement said, “All the allegations made by Mrs. Sherlyn Chopra against Mr. Raj Kundra and Mrs. Shilpa Sethi Kundra are fabricated, false, vain, baseless without any evidence, even the information of Mrs. Sherlyn Chopra.” And these allegations have been made with the motive behind the defamation and extortion. The statement further stated that Shilpa Shetty was not involved in any activities of the JL Stream app. The allegation is nothing more than an idea, so that Mrs. Sherlyn Chopra was given Cr No. 02/2020, has been identified as accused in Nodal Cyber Police Station.
The statement added, “Mrs. Sherlyn Chopra has committed an offense under sections 499, 550, 389 and 195 (A) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. We have full confidence in the Indian justice system, and we are committed to the cause.
