Many people like to start their day with a glass of creamy and fresh banana shake – loaded with the goodness of bananas and wholesome milk. It is not only extremely filling but is also considered healthy.

“It is also a drinkable drink for fitness enthusiasts who have it to replenish their nutrients and electrolytes after a workout,” said Ayurvedic expert Dr. Nitika Kohli, adding that many people prefer pre-workouts.
