The world’s longest car has been recovered and now has a swimming pool and helipad
The super limo has refrigerators, a telephone and several TVs. According to Guinness World Records, it can accommodate more than 75 people.
The world’s longest car has been completely refurbished and has now broken its record. According to the Guinness Book of Records, a super limo called The American Dream is now 30.54 meters (100 feet and 1.5 inches).
The Guinness Book of Records has now posted a photo of the refurbished car on its website and on social media platforms. In perspective, a typical car is on average 12 to 16 feet long.

According to the Guinness Book of Records, the car was originally built in 1986 by Jade Ohrberg, a car adjuster in Burbank, California. At the time, it was 60 feet long, rolled on 26 wheels, and had a pair of V8 engines in the front and rear.
After some adjustments, it was later extended to 30.5 meters. Now it’s a little longer. Going through the Indian market, six Honda City sedans (15 feet each) can be parked next to the side of The American Dream, and some space will still be left.
The American Dream is based on the 1976 Cadillac Eldorado limo and can be used from both ends, added Guinness World Records. It is built in two parts and connected in the middle by a hinge for turning narrow corners.
However, the long size of the car means that it offers passengers the luxury of driving. There is a large water bed, a swimming pool with a diving board, a jacuzzi, a bath, a mini golf course and a breathtaking helipad.

“The helipad is structurally attached to a vehicle with steel brackets at the bottom and can hold up to five thousand pounds,” said Michael Mening, who was involved in restoring The American Dream.
There are also refrigerators, a telephone and several TVs. According to Guinness World Records, the car can accommodate more than 75 people.
During his time of excellence, the “American Dream” appeared in many films and was often rented. However, due to its high maintenance costs and parking problems, people lost interest in the car and it started to rust. Then Menings decided to renovate the car and bought it from eBay.

The refurbishment cost $ 250,000 in shipping, materials, and labor, and it took three years, according to the Guinness Book of Records.
But the “American dream” will not be achieved. It will be part of the Dezerland Park Car Museum’s collection of unique and classic cars.
