Dozens of people are feared dead in a school bombing in eastern Ukraine, where government forces are battling Russian troops and separatists.
Luhansk Governor Serhiy Haidai confirmed the deaths, saying 60 people were feared dead under the rubble of a school in Belohorivka.

About 90 people were sheltering in the building and 30 were rescued, seven of them injured, he added.
Mr Haidai said a Russian plane had dropped the bomb on Saturday.
His allegations could not be independently verified and there was no immediate response from Russia.
More than two months after the start of the Russian aggression, Luhansk has seen fierce fighting as Russian troops and separatist fighters try to encircle government forces.

Belohoriovka is near the government-controlled town of Severodonetsk, where heavy fighting was reported in the suburbs on Saturday. A Ukrainian newspaper, Ukraine Pravda, says the village became a “hot spot” during last week’s fighting.
According to the governor in a telegram, the explosion brought down the building which caught fire and it took firefighters three hours to put out the blaze.
He said almost the entire village has taken shelter in the school basement.
The governor said the final death toll would be known only after the rubble was cleared.

Mr Haidai said a house in a nearby village, named Shapilovo, had been hit by Russian shells and 11 people were trapped in its basement. Rescuers are still trying to reach the scene, he said, as shelling continues.
Fresh clashes were reported in eastern Ukraine on Sunday morning. According to separatist officials, government forces shelled the city of Donetsk and the town of Holmivsky, according to Russian state media reports.
Since the aggression began on February 24, the United Nations has killed at least 2,345 civilians and injured 2,919 in Ukraine, the High Commissioner for Human Rights said in an update last month. Thousands of fighters on both sides are thought to have been killed or wounded.
